To insert a variable in a document, open the editor, click the content and use the Insert Variable button,

Clicking the button will add a %!NEW-VARIABLE!% tag to your content. You can rename this variable however you like as long as you keep the %! symbols. For example, you can change the variable to  %!NAME!% or %!COMPANY!%. Just avoid using spaces or special characters.

Replacing Variables

Next time you create a document, just click the original document as template and proceed to the next step. You'll see a list contaning all variables so you can easily attribute values to them.

Note: Variables cannot be added to the cover, price or footer.
