How To Save Content Templates and Add Them To Documents?

You can create documents quickly by dragging content templates you've previously saved on your account.

This is specially useful for letting your team create documents without needing - or allowing them to - edit content.

To save any content as a template, locate the Save as Template button in the editor.

Note: Proposal and contract templates are saved separatedly. When editing a proposal, you will only see proposal content templates, for example.

To insert and manage saved content templates, click the Manage Blocks button.

In the next screen, you will see all saved content templates that can be added to the current document, as well as some content templates by Proposeful.

To insert a content template in your document, just drag it to the panel on the left and reorder it as necessary.

After you're done adding blocks, click the Save button to apply your changes.
