How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by accessing the Billing menu.

After clicking Cancel Subscription, you'll need to fill the cancellation survey. This helps us improve Proposeful.

After the survey, you'll be redirected to the cancellation page. You must click the cancellation button on the page to cancel your subscription.

If your subscription is pre-paid, it will not renew automatically and it's not necessary to cancel it. After your plan expires, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.
