How Can I Update My Credit Card Billing Information?

If you need to update your billing information or changing your credit card, it's not necessary to cancel your subscription and subscribe again.

Just go to the Billing menu and you will see the Update Payment Method option.

You'll be redirected to a secure envinronment where you can update your credit card information. If you have any pending payments, our payment processor will attempt to charge your credit card after you update your billing information.

If your plan has expired and you want the charge to be attempted immediately, open a support ticket and our team will help you.
