How Can I Delete My Account

You can delete all your data on Proposeful by using the Delete Data option on the My Data menu.

Please note this will delete all your document data - including accepted proposals and data from signatures on contracts - as well as all personal data, except some data that we may be required to keep for accounting or legal purposes.

After confirming your intent of deleting your account, you will need to verify this action by clicking on a link you will receive in your email.

Important: Only delete your account after cancelling your subscription to avoid unexpected charges.

Important: Before deleting your account, make sure you've downloaded a copy of all your documents. Proposeful will not be able to recover data from your account or documents after they have been deleted.
