To offer more flexibility for companies of different sizes, Proposeful plans are billed according to usage.
Monthly Plans per Seat
Plans per seat offer unlimited documents and are calculated base on how many users have access to your account.
You can add and remove users at any time in the Team menu.
When changing the number of seats, Proposeful will calculate the price difference for your remaining days in the current billing cycle and add or remove that amount in your next invoice.
Monthly Plans per Document
If you're still using an old plan based on document volumes, your plan is/ charged according to your monthly use. Your plan allows a certain number of documents each month for a fixed price and additional documents are billed in the next billing cycle.
If you have questions regarding the specifics of your plan, please open a support ticket.
Each created document counts for your current usage, even if they have not been signed or accepted. A document will only count for your usage during the billing cycle they were created. You can store unlimited documents on your account at no extra fee.
If you have been sending a lot of documents you might want to look into our newer per seat plans, which may offer a more affordable option for your needs. You can do that by accessing the Billing menu.
Pre-paid Plans
Annual plans are provided according to each client's specific needs in order to provide better prices in exchange for a commitement for the period.
