How Long Can Documents Be Accessed for on Proposeful?

All links to documents on Proposeful eventually expire. How long a document remains accessible depends on the type and stage of the document.

Proposals can be accessed up to their expiration date or for 6 months from the date they were created. The default expiration date is set for 2 months from the creation date.

After that, the document can no longer be accessed by link to prevent your customers from accepting outdated proposals that may no longer be valid.

You may update the expiration date of a proposal if it has expired and you'd like to extend the document expiration date.

Documents can be accessed until their assigned expiration date. The default expiration date is 2 months from the date the document was created.

Completed documents can be accessed while the owner account remains active. After 7 days from being completed, a document is considered finalized and may be removed from our database in some cases. You can learn more in our Terms of Service.
