You can disable access to documents by following the steps below.
Blocking Access to Proposals
You can change the expiration date of a proposal to mark it as expired.
When accessing an expired proposal, your client will see an error message requesting them to contact you.
Blocking Access to Contracts
You can void a contract to block access to it before all signatures have been collected.
Voided documents can still be duplicated to create copies from them in the future. Voiding a document will block access to the document immediately.
