You can organize your documents in folders to make it easier to manage your documents and organize them by team, client, document type or however you prefer.
To manage folders, use the Manage Folders button while viewing your proposals or contracts.

You can create unlimited folders. All folders you create will be available for both contracts and proposals.
Viewing Documents in a Folder
By default, Proposeful will display documents from all folders. You can filter documents by folder by selecting the folder in your document list screen.

Creating Private Folders
You can create private folders to store documents you don't want to be visible to all users on your account.
All users can create private folders. Documents in private folders can only be viewing by the owner of the folder and the owner of the account.
To create private folders, just select that the folder should private when creating a folder.
Only the owner of the folder and the owner of the account can make a private folder public.
