How Can I Invite My Team to Proposeful and Manage Access Levels?

Proposeful lets you invite users to your account to share documents and templates and track documents stages and reports together.


To invite users to your account, click the Team menu.


In the Team menu, you can manage invitations, remove users and edit access levels for individual users.

How Access Levels Work


Users have different access levels that allow or block them from editing specific information on documents. Here's an onverview of the differente access levels:


Account Owner. This is the main user of the account. Only the account owner can update billing information, invite users and change account-level settings.


Complete. This is the default access level and grants users permission to create, edit and delete documents, templates, products and forms.


Basic. Users on this access level can access documents but cannot edit them. They may create new documents from existing templates and add products to proposals from the Product Galleries. You can set the Edit Prices and Add Discount permission to allow these users to customize prices when creating new proposals.


All users have permission to view documents and reports and send documents, unless these documents are placed in a private folder the user does not have access to.
