A SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique ID that identifies a specific product in a product management software.
The goal of the SKU field on Proposeful is to allow you use your own product IDs to locate and update products more easily, specially when they have similar names or prices.
When saving a product, you can add a SKU to identify this product on Proposeful.
When adding a product, if the SKU you use is already in use on the selected Product Gallery, you'll be asked if you'd like to replace the existing product. You can use this feature to update saved products.
How to Mass Edit Products
If you have several products on your account, you can keep them updated by importing your product data again and keeping the SKUs intact.
Proposeful will compare the SKUs on each imported product to existing products' SKUs and replace existing product data with new data you import.
