Proposeful forms were created to let you collect data from clients and leads when reading your documents.
At the time, forms are only available to collect data when signing contracts, with more options coming in the future.
How to Speed Up Contracts With Custom Forms
When setting up contract signatures, you can choose custom forms to collect data from signataries.
This is useful when you don't have all personal data from signataries, allowing you to send the contract faster and let signataries provide the necessary information themselves.
After confirming their identities, the signataries will be asked to fill the form you select in the signature settings of your document.
The fields are validated according to their types to prevent errors. The data provided by signataries are made available to you in your Proposeful account and to all that view the signed document.
How to Create a Form
Access the Forms menu and click Create Form.
You can add as many fields as you need using the Add Field box on the right.

Fields are validated according to their types and all fields are considered required.
You can drag to reorder fields in the form.
Editing and Deleting Forms
You can edit and delete forms that have not been used in any documents that have been signed.
To prevent inconsistant data, it's not possible to remove or edit fields in forms that have already been filled.
In these cases, you can duplicate a form and edit the necessary fields.
